PLEASE READ CAREFULLY BEFORE BOOKING YOUR MINI SESSION.

 

BY BOOKING YOUR CHRISTMAS SESSION YOU AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING :

 

The Christmas Session price is 220€.

The booking fee of €110 at the time of the booking is required and will count towards your session. Outstanding balance of €110 MUST be paid on the day of the photo session by cash or card.

 

The booking fee for the session is NON-REFUNDABLE and non-transferable in any circumstances.

 

This year we will have 2 beautiful Christmas backgrounds. These background will be connected in seamless corner room with cream floor. Please see the images of the two backgrounds at the side of the booking page. 

 

Outfits recommendation :

To create beautiful, timeless photos that complement our Christmas set, I recommend choosing outfits in the following colours:

*Ivory, Cream, Burgundy/Wine,Beige, Champagne,Camel/Tan, Green.

These colours pair perfectly with both the warm wooden Christmas backdrop and the bright snowy window scene.

Please avoid:

  • Bright neon colours
  • Busy patterns or large logos
  • Very bright white (it may blend into the snowy background)
  • Fluorescent shades

For a coordinated family look, choose 2–3 complementary colours and mix different shades and textures (such as knits, velvet, satin, or wool) instead of everyone wearing exactly the same outfit.

 

The Christmas  Session package includes 12 edited digital images, there are no prints included in this package.

Online proof gallery will be available to clients up to two weeks after the photo session.  Additional images will be available to buy outside the package if the client wishes to do so at the price of 12€ for each additional photo.

Please note there is NO OBLIGATIONS to purchase additional images.

Photo Print  Release means , that you , as my client , can make other prints , on various materials  (like canvas or portraits etc ) of the photos you have purchased. THE COMPLETE PROOF GALLERY IS AVAILABLE FOR YOU TO MAKE A CHOICE, WHICH PHOTOS YOU ARE CHOOSING TO BUY (PACKAGE INCLUDES 6)

  • Cameras, including mobile phone cameras, and recording devices may not be used during our session.
  • No images shall be provided until payment is made in full. 
  • There is no guarantee of the number of the images presented from a session. Many factors contribute to this including the cooperativeness of the subject.

Copyright Notice. 

I understand that the images from this session remain copyright to and intellectual property of Capture The Moment(photographer Marzena Pieniuk) and as such it is illegal to copy, scan or reproduce them in any way without purchasing the printing rights that come with the digital images from Capture The Moment. It is illegal to alter, claim them to be your own work or sell any of the images to a third party. 

Cancellation

If Capture the Moment has to cancel the session for reasons beyond their control, another session date will be offered whenever possible. If the contract has to be cancelled completely their liability shall be limited to a full refund of all the monies paid by the client. 

If the client needs to cancel the session, they must give at least 3 days notice. An alternative session date will be offered. If the session can not be rescheduled within 20 days then it shall be deemed as cancellation, no fee will be refunded. 

If no notice is given by the client before the session time or the client fails to attend the session then this is also deemed as a cancellation, no fee will be returned. 

Data Protection. 

Capture The Moment will store your name, contact details and session information on a private database. These details will not be made available to companies or individuals outside of Capture The Moment. 

Liability. 

Photographer is not responsible for any injuries inflicted upon any participating parties. Client(s) will be responsible for their children’s safety and for themselves and release photographer from any claims against their person or their business.

Please note that Christmas Sessions are very busy back to back sessions, and I CAN'T be responsible if Your child/children won't cooperate within Our booked time.

PLEASE DO NOT BE LATE , as mentioned these are back to back photo sessions and if you are late we may not be able to do the photo session for You.
