Capture The Moment (photographer Marzena Pieniuk) receives, collects and stores some of your personal data you provide us via webpage, email, customer agreement contract or social media to provide the service, to fulfil your orders/requests and regarding to any correspondence between you, the client, and Capture The Moment (Marzena Pieniuk)

All payments are securely processed by Stripe/SumUp, and Capture The Moment (photographer Marzena Pieniuk) will not have access to Your payment information (e.g. credit card details) provided when you make any kind of transaction at any time.
