PLEASE READ CAREFULLY BEFORE BOOKING YOUR MINI SESSION. 

Please find listed terms & conditions for booking a mini photo session with Capture The Moment (Photographer Marzena Pieniuk)

By booking your mini photo session You are agreeing to the following : 

Family Mini PhotoSession : 

*Approx. 25 Min 

*5 Edited Digital Images 

*Online Proof Gallery 

*Print Release 

The Package Price : 145€

• The booking fee of 45€ is required to book a mini photo session date and time. The booking fee is NON-REFUNDABLE in any circumstances. The booking fee goes towards the client's Photosession and is deducted from the final package price of the photoshoot. The outstanding balance for the package can be paid on the day of the photo session by cash or card. Please note that this booking becomes invalid if the booking fee is not received within 48h and your session time will be released for resale. 
• No images or products shall be provided until payment is made in full. 
• Cameras, including mobile phone cameras and recording devices may not be used during the Photo session.
• There is no guarantee of the number of the images presented from a session. Many factors contribute to this including the cooperativeness of the subject.

As an artist I reserve the right to artistically interpret what I see and in what way I choose to photograph the scene. This may mean that some shots are colour, some are B&W. Images presented to the client are the only images available. 

Copyright Notice. 

I understand that the images from this session remain copyright to and intellectual property of Capture The Moment(photographer Marzena Pieniuk) and as such it is illegal to copy, scan or reproduce them in any way without purchasing the printing rights that come with the digital images from Capture The Moment. It is illegal to alter, claim them to be your own work or sell any of the images to a third party. 

Post Production. 

An online proof gallery will be available to clients up to 4 weeks from the photo session. Additional images will be available to buy outside the package if the client wishes to do so at the price of 12€ for each additional photo. 

Please note there is NO OBLIGATION to purchase additional images. 

Photo Print Release means that the client can make other prints , on various materials  (like canvas or portraits etc ) of the photos you have purchased. The complete proof gallery is available for the client to make a choice which photos you wish to get. 

RE-Shoots/Refunds

Re-shoots are determined at the discretion of the photographer. Re-shoots and refunds will not be given for poor choices of clothing, make-up, hair or weather related issues or by not  following the recommendation of the photographer. 

Cancellation

If Capture the Moment has to cancel the session for reasons beyond their control, another session date will be offered whenever possible. If the contract has to be cancelled completely their liability shall be limited to a full refund of all the monies paid by the client. 

If the client needs to cancel the session, they must give at least 3 days notice. An alternative session date will be offered. If the session can not be rescheduled within 60 days then it shall be deemed as cancellation, no fee will be refunded. 

If no notice is given by the client before the session time or the client fails to attend the session then this is also deemed as a cancellation, no fee will be returned. 

Data Protection. 

Capture The Moment will store your name, contact details and session information on a private database. These details will not be made available to companies or individuals outside of Capture The Moment. 

Liability. 

Photographer is not responsible for any injuries inflicted upon any participating parties. Client(s) will be responsible for their children’s safety and for themselves and release photographer from any claims against their person or their business.
